Sight ED (Sight Support Derbyshire's trading arm) is offering companies an opportunity to become an Approved Provider for Sight Support Derbyshire.

                                                                                                                                                                      We want to give companies a chance to market themselves to our service user base and also demonstrate to others their commitment to supporting people with a disability.  With 27,000 disabled people in Derby alone, there is a genuine business case for getting this right.

We will train your staff and give you the information and guidance you require to be able to offer this quality support.  The 3-hour training session covers:

1. Effective communication techniques
2. Different types of sight loss and how they affect people
3. Supporting visually impaired people - safe guiding techniques.

We can train up to 20 people at once - either in your office or we can supply the venue
