Ey Up Mi Duck Race 2018
Saturday 9th June at Riverlights, Derby River Gardens
Thank you to everybody who supported this year's Ey Up Mi Duck Race. You helped us raise £6,800.
For the first time in recent memory, the sun shone on the Ey Up Mi Duck Race. The ducks enjoyed a leisurely swim in the river and were in no hurry to get to the finish line!
The winners were:
First Giant Duck to finish: Prince Harry by Specsavers, Belper
The prize was one night's accommodation at Holiday Inn Riverlights, Derby, and a box of Thornton's Chocolates.
First little duck to finish: Duck no. 835, sponsored by Trevor Jones of Chaddesden, Derby
The prize was £250 cash donated by TC Harrison Ford, Derby
The overall Best Dressed Duck was Dinghy Duck by Stacey's Bakery in Heanor
The prize was a round of golf for 4 at Breadsall Priory and a bottle of champagne, donated by Smith Partnership Solicitors

Financial, Legal, Insurance & Corporate - FMC Phytone, Winter Olympic Snowboarder
Transport, Engineering and Construction - Lubrizol, Duck Dastardly
Health & Wellbeing - Richmond Village, The Wizard of Oz
Small Businesses - Stacey's Bakery, Dinghy Duck
Sports, Arts & Education - Belper Women's Institute, 100 years of the WI
Individual - Gordon Smith, Ladybird Duck
