Hector Coming To 'Festive Lunch With Legends'

Derby County legend Kevin Hector is the latest ex-Ram to confirm his attendance at the 'Festive Lunch with Legends' event at Pride Park Stadium.

Hector made in excess of 400 appearances for Derby between 1966-1978 before returning for second spell in 1980 for two years.

The striker was a key member of the Rams' First Division Championship winning sides of 1971/72 and 1974/75.

He is regarded as one of the greatest players to ever wear a Derby County shirt and is affectionately known as "The King" by the Rams faithful.

The 'Festive Lunch with Legends' will take place in the Toyota Suite on Friday 9th December 2011, starting at 1pm, with the aim to bring Rams fans closer to their former legends.

This event will help raise much needed funds for Derby County's designated charity, Sight Support Derbyshire.

Roger Davies, Darryl Powell, Archie Gemmill and Roy McFarland are just some of the legends who have confirmed their attendance and more names will be revealed later this week.

Included in the 'Festive Lunch with Legends' package is:-

* 3 course festive lunch in the Toyota Suite

* Q&A session with ex-players

* Each table hosted by a Rams legend

Places cost £35 per person, inclusive of VAT.
