Men's Health Survival of the Fittest 2012
Reported as possibly one of the UK’s toughest action packed obstacle courses, on October 13th 2012* the Epic Tri Nations Series will be taking place in Nottingham.
The long 10K course will test your stamina, speed and courage in a demanding route with tough and engaging obstacles throughout.
Starting and finishing at Victoria Embankment, the course mainly follows the River Trent out of the city and back in again. Highlights on the route include Nottingham Forest Football ground and the National Watersports centre at Holme Pierrepont.
Run for Sight Support Derbyshire and we will pay your entry fee for a minimum sponsorship of £100.

*Please note that due to the use of Nottingham Forrest Football Stadium, the date could be subject to change if a Saturday home game is announced. In this eventuality, the run will move by one day to Sunday 14th October 2012.
